Cool Things To Write On Birthday Cake

An interview with Anthony Pateras of PIVIXKI

Way To get an idea of \u200b\u200bwhat to expect from this show and learn a little more about the duo known simply as
PIVIXKI
.
For all those who are not familiar with your work, how would you describe PIVIXKI? Drums and Piano used in a combination that probably will not make any sense immediately, but after a couple of songs, it will completely.

Where does the name PIVIXKI?
You've been involved in a variety of partnerships, depending on the type of music ever created. Where do you feel more comfortable playing or composing? What is most challenging? Which do you prefer?
I feel very comfortable playing with Max (PIVIXKI battery) - it's great because it stops all strictly compositional side of my personality and its liberating attitude, yet really disciplined. The most challenging I must say it is to write new parts-making something from nothing, with only a pencil and paper. It can be scary, but immensely satisfying when good things happen.

How to connect with Mike Patton and how it was that gave everything to make this show? We've been talking about for a while to work together, and this seems like a good place to start. PIVIXKI car has been described as "an exploration of piano / drums at high speed," What can we expect the show to come on the Great American Music Hall? "super tight songs piano / drums, with electronic bits and Mike singing about them?

Should we expect more than PIVIXKI / Patton in the future? A show at a time!
